Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation 45 days before the trip: Receive a full refund in the form of a travel company coupon, or opt for a monetary refund with a 20% cancellation fee on the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation between 30 days before the trip: Get 80% of the trip fee as a travel company coupon, or a monetary refund with 50% cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation less than 23 days before the trip: No monetary refund will be provided, but you will receive 20% of the trip fee in a travel company coupon within the timeline given (applicable only if full payment was made). If not, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
  • No refund for late arrival: If you fail to arrive on time on the departure date, no refund will be provided.
  • Illness or COVID-19 related cancellations: No refund or transfer will be available. However, you may find a replacement for your booking by producing proper documents along with applicable cancellation policies from Airlines, Hotels, or Visa providers.

Important Notes:

  • Trip insurance, train/flight cancellation fees, visa fee, and agent charges are non-refundable if cancelled within the last 21 days before the trip, in addition to standard cancellation charges.
  • For special events like New Year or Christmas, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 25 days of the departure date.

How to Cancel Your Trip?

  • Send your cancellation request to info@gopravasa.com. This is applicable only for eligible refunds.
  • You will receive an email/acknowledgement within 24–48 hours of your request.
  • The cancellation policy will be effective from the date of your email.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days, more or less, as per Airlines/Hotels/Cruise policies.
  • We do not entertain cancellation queries over the phone; all communication must be via email.

Cancellation by the Travel Company:

  • In rare cases of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest, or government orders, no refund will be provided once the trip has commenced.
  • If the trip is cancelled before departure, a full refund will be issued, excluding any train/cruise/flight or bus cancellation fees.
  • If a trip is cancelled due to insufficient participation, you can either shift to another event or receive a full refund.
  • In case of a medical emergency, COVID-related issues, or other emergencies, the refund policy will follow the same terms as our regular cancellation policy.
  • If the trip is cancelled due to transportation issues, we will attempt to make alternate arrangements without refunds.
