Payment Policy

General Payment Policy:

  • To confirm your booking for any trip or tour, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • If full payment is not received at the time of booking, the organizer reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
  • Participants who have not completed the full payment will not be allowed to board, and their seat may be given to another participant.
  • Once full payment is made, it becomes non-refundable if the participant is unable to attend the trip.

Advance Payment Policy:

  • Please ensure all outstanding payments are cleared at least 20 days before the trip departure date.
  • Failure to complete the remaining balance by this deadline may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • If payment is incomplete, participants will be denied boarding, and their spot may be reassigned.
  • Any advance payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable if the full payment is not completed.

Go Pravasa does not endorse or encourage making payments to any staff member’s personal account under any circumstances. Any such transactions will not be considered valid Go Pravasa bookings and will be deemed unofficial.
