  • Acceptance of Terms: By booking a trip with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. They explain how we operate and what you can expect from our services.
  • ID Verification: All participants must present valid government-issued identification once booking is confirmed. Failure to provide valid ID will result in denial and cancellation without a refund.
  • Property Care: Participants are responsible for keeping accommodations and surroundings clean on tour (Hotels / Vehicles). Respect for the environment and responsible tourism practices are essential.
  • Personal Belongings: Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including luggage and valuables. Go Pravasa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the trip.
  • Accommodations: In remote areas, luxurious amenities like 24/7 electricity, hot water, or Wi-Fi may not always be available.
  • Room Categories: All packages include standard rooms. Upgrades can be requested at the hotel for an additional fee if available.
  • Similar Accommodations: For large groups, multiple hotels may be booked. While we strive for consistency, rooms may vary slightly in different hotels.
  • Meal Plans: Meals are typically set menus or buffets, according to the country. We try to provide Indian meals on all tours. Snacks, drinks, and desserts may not be included.
  • Participation in Activities & Safety: All adventure activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided. Go Pravasa is not responsible for accidents, natural calamities, or injuries.
  • Travel Insurance & Medical Expenses: We strongly recommend participants purchase travel insurance before travel. Any medical expenses during the trip are the participant's responsibility.
  • Misconduct & Removal from Trip: Misconduct, disturbances, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, fellow travelers, or locals will result in removal from the trip at the participant's expense, with no refunds provided.
  • Drugs & Narcotics: Illegal drugs and substances are strictly prohibited. Any participant engaging in such activities does so at their own risk.
  • Missed Transfers & Punctuality: Participants must follow the schedule. Missed transfers or activities due to tardiness will not be refunded.
  • Use of Photos/Videos: We reserve the right to use photos and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unexpected events. Additional costs incurred are the participant's responsibility.
  • Payment Policy: Full payment must be made at least 20 days before the trip starts. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
  • Transfer of Bookings: Bookings are non-transferable. Only confirmed participants can join the trip.
  • Discount Changes: Discounts and offers may change or be withdrawn without prior notice.
  • Non-Refundable Inclusions: No refunds will be given for unused services or inclusions.
  • Punctuality: Participants must arrive at the airport as instructed and be at the pickup point 10 minutes before departure for day-to-day activities. Two courtesy calls will be made. No refunds will be provided for missed departures or tours.
  • Alcohol & Smoking: Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited during the trip. If consumed, it must not disturb fellow travelers. Violators will be removed from the trip with no refund.
  • Liability for Accidents & Injuries: Go Pravasa is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that occur during the trip and will not issue any refunds.
  • Itinerary Changes Due to Weather or Road Conditions: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary to ensure participant safety in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Emergency Evacuations: Any emergency evacuation or transportation costs will be borne by the participant or their family.
  • Borrowing Money: We are not responsible for financial transactions or borrowed money between participants on tours.
  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved under Indian law, with the jurisdiction being the city where Go Pravasa is registered.
  • Tour Discontinuation: If you leave the tour due to illness or loss of documents, no refunds will be issued for unused services.
  • Bus Arrangements: Luxury bus services are managed by third-party providers. Delays may occur due to breakdowns or other issues.
  • Triple Sharing Rooms: For triple-sharing accommodations, an extra mattress will be provided for the third participant rather than a full bed.

Trip Delays & Connecting Transport Failure Policies

  • We strive to create smooth travel arrangements, but unforeseen transport issues like breakdowns, traffic, or weather delays may occur.
  • If transport issues arise, we will make every effort to arrange alternate travel options to minimize disruption.
  • No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed connections.
  • While we assist in organizing alternate transport, participants will bear the additional costs.
  • We advise participants to plan buffer time for possible delays in their schedules.
